OmniBioFex.Cloud and its underlying MedGemma 1.5 4B model are provided strictly for educational and research purposes. The platform is not cleared by the FDA, CE, or any regulatory body for clinical diagnostic use.

Users must not utilize platform outputs to dictate patient treatment, diagnosis, or medication regimens. All algorithmic inferences must be independently verified by a licensed medical practitioner.

SERVICE TIERS & PAYMENTS

The Free Tier is provided "as-is" and is strictly limited to 10 processing requests per calendar month. Circumventing these limits via multiple accounts will result in a permanent ban.

The Pro Tier ($19/mo or $190/yr) offers unlimited usage under a fair-use policy. Subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

USER OBLIGATIONS

• Do not upload images containing identifiable Patient Health Information (PHI) unless strictly anonymized.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the Vertex AI pipeline.
• Do not utilize the API for commercial resale without an Enterprise agreement.
