1. ZERO PHI RETENTION POLICY
OmniBioFex.Cloud is designed with strict data minimization principles. Medical images uploaded to the platform are processed using ephemeral storage (Google Cloud Storage via 15-minute Signed URLs). Images are scrubbed from our servers immediately following the completion of the Vertex AI inference block.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Authentication Data: Google OAuth provides your email address and profile name to create your account ID.
- Inference Output: The JSON text output generated by MedGemma 4B is stored in Firebase Firestore to populate your personal historical dashboard.
- Usage Metrics: We track API call frequency to enforce the Free Tier limits (10 scans/month).
