HOW PASSES WORK — Buy a pass once. It unlocks the full Pro feature set for the exact duration shown. When the pass ends, your access reverts to Community (10 analyses/month) automatically. No card is stored. No recurring charge. You decide when to buy the next pass. All passes are prepaid, non-refundable once activated, and transferable between your own devices only.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY PASS EXPIRES?
Your account automatically reverts to the Community plan (10 analyses/month). No card is charged. No surprise emails. You simply see the free-tier limits again until you buy another pass.
CAN I UPGRADE MID-PASS?
Yes. If you're on a 30-day pass and want to switch to 365-day, you can buy the longer pass at any time. The new expiry extends from the purchase date of the new pass.
IS THE API THE SAME MODEL?
Yes. The API wallet gives you programmatic access to the same MedGemma 1.5 4B IT model, at $0.001 per request. Billing is prepaid — your wallet balance never expires.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN 10 FREE SCANS?
The Community tier resets every calendar month. If you consistently exceed 10 analyses, the 30-day Pro Pass at $29 pays for itself with the first heavy week of work.
